SHINee’s Taemin will stop in Singapore with a concert for his ‘Ephemeral Gaze’ 2024 World Tour. TAEMates, or fans of Taemin, will want to be available in November 2024.
According to Taemin’s official social media platforms managed by BPM Entertainment, his management agency for his solo activities, he will embark on a 2024 world tour titled ‘Ephemeral Gaze’, with a stop in Singapore in November 2024.
Details for Taemin’s ‘Ephemeral Gaze’ 2024 World Tour in Singapore are currently limited, except that he will perform in the city-state on 9 November 2024. Further information like ticket prices and the exact concert venue will be announced in the coming weeks.
The announcement, released on 19 July 2024, reveals the first batch of countries where Taemin will perform. The list, which looks to be the Asian leg of the world tour, reflects that the tour will kick off in Incheon, South Korea, on 31 August and 1 September.
Afterwards, Taemin will head to cities like Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Fukuoka, Jakarta, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and Manila. More dates and cities will be revealed in the future, teased in the announcement.
Notably, the ‘Ephemeral Gaze 2024 World Tour’ will be Taemin’s first solo headlining concert in Singapore. His last solo concert, ‘Metamorph’, saw him tour only in Incheon, South Korea, and selected cities in Japan.
This ‘Ephemeral Gaze’ 2024 World Tour will likely support Taemin’s upcoming fifth mini album, which reportedly will be released sometime in August 2024. The 31-year-old singer mentioned the news of his fifth mini-album at his recent ‘Never-Never’ fan meeting earlier this month.
Taemin was most recently in Singapore with his bandmates, SHINee, earlier in March 2024, for the group’s ‘SHINee WORLD VI: PERFECT ILLUMINATION’ world tour. Member Onew was absent from this concert as he was on hiatus due to health reasons. Onew has since resumed solo and group activities since April 2024.
Taemin debuted as a member of K-pop quintet SHINee in May 2008 and as a soloist in August 2014. He was only 14 years old when he debuted with SHINee as their main dancer, making him one of the youngest male idols to debut back then.
Known for his chic R&B hits like ‘Danger’, ‘Move’, ‘Advice’, and most recently, ‘Guilty’, the South Korean singer is considered one of the K-pop industry’s best dancers with his slick dance moves.
He was also a member of SM Entertainment’s project boy supergroup SuperM, formed in 2019.
Taemin recently signed with BPM (Big Planet Made) Entertainment for his solo activities and projects in April 2024. But he will still be under SM Entertainment for group activities with SHINee.
