With New York Fashion Week approaching, the Big Apple is gearing up for a flurry of events, including after-parties, runway presentations and street-style showcases. Scheduled from February 9 to 14, the fashion week will showcase both physical and digital presentations, featuring over 70 designers and brands presenting their latest collections.
The lineup encompasses 70 brands, with notable names like Helmut Lang, Coach, Altuzarra, Anna Sui, Area, Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors, Gabriela Hearst, Eckhaus Latta, LaQuan Smith, Luar, Proenza Schouler, Tory Burch, and the 2023 CFDA designers of the year in both womenswear, Khaite, and menswear, Willy Chavarria.

What to expect from Helmut Lang’s New York Fashion Week Fal/Winter 2024 showcase
Helmut Lang’s Creative Director Peter Do will be presenting his sophomore collection, wherein we will be able to see the designer’s take on winter clothing and accessories. While the fashion house has not provided any teasers or clues about the forthcoming show, one can anticipate the presentation of Do’s signature pieces at the Fall/Winter 2024 display.
As usual, the collection is likely to place a significant emphasis on well-tailored suits, pleated trousers and skirts, button-down formalwear shirts, oversized outerwear and chunky footwear.
Marking his debut collection for the label in the Spring/Summer 2024 iteration, Do maintained the androgynous spirit of Lang’s design philosophy and combined his innovative cutting techniques that breathed life into each look.
