American dream pop band Cigarettes After Sex returns to Singapore in February 2025 to play at their biggest show yet in the city-state at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Here’s how you can catch them live.
Previously performed at two separate sold-out starring gigs at the Capitol Theatre in Singapore in 2017 and 2023, American dream pop and shoegaze band Cigarettes After Sex is set to play at their biggest show yet in February 2025 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Now you can appreciate the brand’s monochromatic melancholic slow-burn songs at an upgraded venue.
The band frequented Singapore as they also headlined Neon Lights indie music festival back in 2018. Hence, they are no stranger to fans here.

Presented by concert organisers Now/Live, Cigarettes After Sex makes their return to Singapore for a live concert show on 3 February 2025, Monday, at 8pm.
Tickets are priced at S$98, S$128, S$148, and S$168 (excluding SISTIC booking fees). General sales will commence on 24 May 2024 at 11am on SISTIC.
This tour will also support the promotion of their upcoming third studio album, ‘X’s‘, which features singles ‘Tejano Blue‘ and ‘Dark Vacay’. The album is scheduled to be released on 12 July 2024. Thus, fans can expect new songs to be included on their music setlist for this tour.
The band’s anticipated third album ‘X’s’ centralizes on just one relationship that spanned four years. “The record feels brutal,” admits Gonzalez. “I could sit and talk about this loss to someone, but that wouldn’t scratch the surface. I have to really write about it, sing about it, have the music, and then I can start to analyze and learn from it. Or just relive it—in a good way. I don’t have that Eternal Sunshine-thing of wanting to forget.”
It is also highly likely that this concert is part of the ‘X’s World Tour’, which will see them perform in other Asia cities like Hong Kong (China), Sunway City (Malaysia), Pasay (Philippines), Jakarta (Indonesia), and Pak Kret (Thailand).
Cigarettes After Sex is a trio consisting of frontman and lead musician Greg Gonzalez, Bassist Randall Miller and Drummer Jacob Tomsky. The band is known for ambient indie rock signature tunes like ‘Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You Baby’, ‘Apocalypse’, ‘Heavenly’, and ‘Falling in Love’.
